Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix the margarine, sour cream and egg together. Add the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn and muffin mix. Bake 1 hour in a glass casserole at 350\u00b0.
