Zucchini Bread Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. each: baking soda, cinnamon and salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped, dried apricots
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1 c. pineapple, drained
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in large bowl.
    Beat eggs in mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
    Stir in zucchini, apricots, apple, pineapple, raisins, coconut and nuts.
    Spoon into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Can be baked in Bundt pan.
