Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable shortening
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cut shortening into flour and salt, using a pastry blender or two knives, until consistency of small peas. Blend in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with a fork. Gather dough into a bowl.
