Creamy Garlic Mushrooms(Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh white mushrooms
1 c. mayo
3/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
freshly ground white pepper
4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill
Boston lettuce

Preparation

In bowl, mix mayo, salt, pepper, garlic and cream.
Take mushrooms and add dill, then fold into dressing mixture.
Line serving dish with lettuce and serve.
Garnish with fresh dill.
