Irish Potato Candy(No Potatoes In This) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
    ground cinnamon (for rolling)
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) bag shredded coconut (2 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine butter or margarine and cream cheese. Blend well.
    Beat in vanilla and confectioners sugar, then mix in coconut.
    Form into walnut size balls.
    Roll in cinnamon; refrigerate until firm.
    Do not use light cream cheese.
