Alice'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add sugar and all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Cook at 355\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
After cake is completely cooled, spread topping.
