Sweet Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
Preparation

Fill medium saucepan with water.
Bring to boil.
Add rice. When rice is half done, add sugar and evaporated milk, stirring often to keep from sticking.
Cook until becomes thick.
Cool before serving.
Can go with main dish or can be used as a dessert.
