Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour (measure then sift)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Bring to boil margarine, water and cocoa.
While still hot, add and mix by hand to cocoa mixture flour, sugar and salt, then add eggs, sour cream, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake in a jelly roll pan or use 2 (9 x 13-inch) cake pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
