Country Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Roll chops in seasoned flour.
    Brown quickly on both sides in fat.
    Remove from pan.
    Add flour to hot grease; brown.
    Add salt and water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add chops to gravy.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
