Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can vegetable soup
    1/2 tsp. whole thyme
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and celery in a large skillet.
    Drain. Stir in soup and thyme.
    Spoon meat mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart dish.
    Spread potatoes evenly over meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 6.
