Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork roast
    3 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes (with onions, celery and peppers)
    4 to 5 cans roasted and peeled green chilies
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    cumin to taste
    butter or margarine to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut off excess fat from roast and cut into bite-size pieces. Brown in deep stew pot, leaving juices.
    Add stewed tomatoes, chopping into small pieces.
    Add green chilies (chopped).
    Add bouillon cubes and cumin, starting with 1 tablespoon to taste. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
