Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole boiled chicken
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. comino
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    cornstarch
    chopped lettuce
    chopped onion
    chopped avocado, if desired
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Divide chicken broth in half.
    Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, comino, black pepper, salt and tomatoes.
    Use enough cornstarch for desired consistency.
    Clean chicken off the bones; cut up.
    Soften corn tortillas with butter in frypan just enough to roll easily.
    Roll chicken in tortillas. Top with lettuce, onion and avocado.
    Spoon sauce on top and serve.
