Gelatin Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 4-servings size package (1/4 c.) flavored gelatin
    3/4 Cup Boiling water
    3 Cup Pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, gelatin and water in 1-qt. Batter bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Divide mixture evenly into 3 freezer safe containers. Freeze until firm. Remove from containers, grind and serve with a spoon.
