Double Pleasure Chicken And Fresh Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower, broken in small pieces
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    fresh parsley
    dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley, 2 teaspoons basil, salt and pepper. Pour chicken broth over vegetables.
