Tourtiere(Quebecois Meat Pie) - cooking recipe

1/3 lb. ground pork
1/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. ground veal
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. savory
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. water
1/4 to 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 crust pie crust
Preparation

Prepare pie crust, roll out top and bottom.
Press bottom crust into large deep pie plate.
