Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 or 6 pineapple slices
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt in skillet the butter or oleo.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter.
    Arrange pineapple slices on top of brown sugar. Mix the next 8 ingredients in bowl.
    Beat 2 minutes; add eggs and beat 2 more minutes.
    Pour over sugar and pineapple slices in skillet.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 or in an electric skillet lined with wax paper at 250\u00b0.
