Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or favorite pieces
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large kettle.
    Add 2 quarts of water; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer until chicken is tender.
    Take chicken from broth (reserve broth).
    Remove chicken from bone; cut in pieces.
    Cook spaghetti in broth until tender; drain well. Blend soup and milk in saucepan.
    Add chicken, pimento and mushrooms; heat thoroughly.
    Layer spaghetti, chicken mixture and Cheddar cheese in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
