Quick Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pears, halved and cored
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place pear halves, cut side up, in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then with brown sugar. Pour 3 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine evenly over pear halves.
    Cover and bake 20 minutes or until just tender.
