Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    2 cut up broiler-fryers
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Pour over chicken in a large, shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Baste once or twice with pan drippings. Serve hot with plain rice and sweet and sour sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
