Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Stir and keep at room temperature for 24 hours.
    Refrigerate until next feeding.
