All Round Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    salt and pepper
    uncooked rice
    onion
    tomato
    bell pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Wash pork chops.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour.
    Let brown on both sides in hot grease (1 minute).
    Arrange in roaster. Add to each chop 1 tablespoon uncooked rice, 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of peeled tomato and 1 ring of bell pepper.
    Put one small piece of butter in the pepper ring.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully add hot water to cover rice.
    Cover and cook one hour.
