Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes fresh or 2 pkg. granular yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. scalded milk
    2/3 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    10 to 11 c. flour (plain)
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Soften yeast and dissolve with 1 teaspoon of sugar in the water (lukewarm).
    Add milk that is cool to lukewarm; add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add flour to make soft dough.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
