Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. plain gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple or 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    2 cans whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. nut meats
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into mold.
    Chill.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves.
    If mold is a ring, fill center with cottage cheese with pineapple in it.
    Very pretty.
