Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    2/3 c. sour milk
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk and bananas.
    Beat 3 minutes. Fold in nuts. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.
    Put even amount of batter in each pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
