Corn Bread Stuffing(Makes 15 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy Brand corn muffin mix
    2 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. broken pecans
    2 eggs, beaten
    chicken or turkey broth
Preparation
    Make square corn bread as directed on box (not muffins); cool. Crumble and set aside.
    Prepare stuffing mix.
    In a large bowl, combine mixes, celery and pecans.
    Add beaten eggs and enough broth to moisten.
    Use to stuff a chicken or turkey.
    If desired, bake in a greased shallow baking dish, covered, for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until heated through.
