Seven Layer Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans bean dip (jalapeno or plain)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. green onions
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 pkg. grated cheese
    1 can pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Peel and pit avocados, then mash in medium-size bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, salad dressing and taco seasoning in a bowl.
    Spread bean dip on bottom of dish and top with avocado mixture.
    Layer with sour cream and taco mixture.
    Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
