Special Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill. Yield:
    2 cups (about 13 calories per tablespoon).
