Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef brisket (trim)
    1 Tbsp. smoke sauce (Wright brand is best)
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Mix well and rub into meat wrapped in heavy foil.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning unwrap and pour 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce on meat.
    Rewrap tightly.
    Place in large pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours.
