Jenny'S Stone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium clean stone
    3/4 lb. round steak or roast
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 carrots, chopped
    3 potatoes, chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes or 2 cans of beef broth
    tenderizer
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. barley
    1 c. water
    beef broth
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook about 6 to 8 hours, until vegetables are tender.
    (Amounts and selection of vegetables may be changed depending on personal preference). Parents may want to remove the stone soon after starting the soup. It does not tenderize well.
