Veal Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thin cut veal, cut in small strips
2 or 3 chopped bell peppers
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 to 2 c. Marsala wine (white)
Preparation

Season meat with Tex Joy steak seasoning.
Cook meat in 1/2 cup olive oil.
Add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and cook until crisp, not mushy.
Add
wine
and, if needed, add a little water.
May need a clove of garlic.
Cook spaghetti and drain. Add grated Italian cheese and pour sauce over spaghetti.
