Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices bread, edges removed and buttered
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer buttered bread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole pan. Sprinkle sausage evenly over bread slices.
Sprinkle on cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; blend well.
