Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs (room temperature)
    3 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients (including cocoa).
    Add alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour.
    Pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
