Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced squash
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. stuffing mix
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream, squash and onions together.
    Mix stuffing and butter, keeping two or three tablespoons of dry stuffing mix for topping. Mix all together.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
