Salmon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can red salmon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. parsley
Preparation

Clean salmon and mash into a fine mixture.
Soften cream cheese.
Blend all ingredients together.
Sprinkle crushed pecans and parsley on top or form into ball and roll in parsley and pecans.
Serve with assorted crackers.
