Becky'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    3 c. warm milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    7 to 8 oz. macaroni
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
    Add flour and cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
    Whisk in warm milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add salt, pepper and cheese spread. Stir until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Meanwhile, bring water to a boil.
    Add oil and salt.
    Cook macaroni 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Add macaroni to cheese sauce and stir. Pour into a 2-quart dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven to melt cheese. Serves 8 to 10.
