Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and evaporated milk in medium bowl; mix well.
Add vanilla, cornmeal and cinnamon, stirring until well blended.
Spoon into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
Cool for 20 minutes before serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
