Rum Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. percolated coffee
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. rum
    1 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    Pour hot coffee over ice cream; add honey to whipped cream. Fold into coffee-ice cream mixture.
    Add rum and crushed ice. Makes about 2 quarts.
