Mushroom Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury croissant rolls
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    Tony's Creole to taste
    1 egg white
    peppercorns
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and mix in mushrooms and Tony's Creole to taste.
    Spread this mixture over croissant rolls and then roll up. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with peppercorns.
    Then bake per package directions.
