Garlic And Herb Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated new red potatoes
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. fresh basil or 1/2 basil leaves
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
Preparation
    Place potatoes in medium saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, basil and thyme; blend well.
    In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, yogurt mixture and radishes.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Low-fat and cholesterol.
