Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    Doritos or chips
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and save 1 cup broth.
    Mix tomatoes and soup in bowl.
    In pan, put layer of chips, layer of chicken and 1/2 of soup mixture; repeat the layers, then top with Cheddar cheese and pour 1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
