Susmalainen Pannukakku(Finnish Pancake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/3 c. honey
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Put heavy frying pan or glass baking dish, 10 1/2-inches wide by 3-inches deep into oven for 10 minutes. Puffs as it cooks, falls as it cools.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
