Pineapple Brown Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 1/3 c. soft Cookbook bread crumbs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. Oakfarms butter
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/3 c. pineapple syrup
Preparation
    Place half the drained pineapple in casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs, sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle half this over fruit.
    Dot with butter.
    Repeat layers, sprinkle with grated lemon peel. Pour pineapple syrup over all.
    Bake in moderate hot oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
