Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
dash of freshly ground pepper
1 large egg
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. corn kernels
vegetable oil
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat egg.
Combine with milk and butter and stir into dry ingredients.
Add corn; fry in oil until browned on both sides.
Makes 15 to 20 small fritters.
