Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed carrots (2 lb. bag cooked)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Add butter to carrots while mashing.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon; then add to mashed carrots.
Beat eggs and add to mixture last.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
