Ingredients

2 Tbsp. prepared mustard, preferably the Dijon or Dusseldorf variety
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. fresh strained lemon juice
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. finely cut fresh dill leaves
2 tsp. finely chopped sweet gherkins
Preparation

Combine the mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Add the vinegar and lemon juice and beat in the oil with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the parsley, dill and chopped gherkins, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
