Health Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. molasses
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. bran
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together
    the
    flour, bran, baking powder, salt and baking soda and set aside.
    Thoroughly blend molasses, yogurt, egg and melted
    butter and add to dry ingredients.\tAdd mashed bananas; add raisins,
    if
    desired.\tBake at 400\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
