Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers with skin
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together in bowl.
    Refrigerate 4 to 5 days, stirring every day.
    Spoon into plastic containers and freeze.
    (Use slaw cutter for easier slicing.)
