Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese or 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain and rinse artichoke hearts.
    Separate and mash with fork.
    Mix together with cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with pepper and pinch of garlic powder.
    Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve with melba toast rounds
