Carbonear - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. cooked ham
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 large egg yolks
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Melt butter, add ham and 3 quarters of cream.
    Cook over low heat until cream has thickened or cooked down some.
    Blend rest of cream with egg yolks.
    Add that to hot mixture (mix a little hot cream with cold before pouring it all together).
    Stir 1/2 minute over low heat.
    Add a little salt and pepper.
    Mix in with spaghetti and toss it!
