Sour Cream Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pears, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    dash of salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend well.
    Pour in pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then add topping.
